This unusual modern floral cushion print has been created from an original linocut print -Lounging Lizard, and is now a unique contemporary fabric. The fabric works equally well with contemporary or traditional settings, bringing a nature inspired print up to date in a bold large scale with edgy detail.
Murrisk is a high quality natural flax coloured 60% linen, 30% cotton with a soft feel - ideal for cushions. The addition of 10% nylon makes it hard wearing without compromising on feel.
The cushion or pillow cover is printed on both sides and is piped in the natural linen to give a perfect finish. The long edge of the cushion features a concealed zip, and the Raw Alchemy brand label is sewn into the side seam. I've taken a couple of images alongside popular colour charts from Fired Earth and Farrow & Ball to help those of you trying to colour match.
The soft green and gold print is digitally reproduced into different circles and drifting seeds, onto a beautiful soft feel Murrisk linen; high quality 60% linen, 30% cotton blend with 10% nylon for added durability. The cover size is approx 18"x18" to work with a standard 19x19" or 20x20" cushion cover (available on Amazon). I sell the cover seperately to minimise shipping costs and allow for cusion pad re-use where possible.
